Am I Eligible for Retirement Visa in Thailand?

The criteria for a retirement visa in Thailand are as follows:
Age: The applicant must be at least 50 years old.
Financial requirements: The applicant must show proof of a monthly income of at least 65,000 THB or a deposit of 800,000 THB in a Thai bank account.
Health insurance: The applicant must have valid health insurance coverage.
Criminal record: The applicant must not have a criminal record and must not pose a threat to national security.
Length of stay: The visa allows the holder to stay in Thailand for up to one year and can be renewed annually.
